Waterless Cooling Infrastructure

‘Axial Radiant Cooling’ ARC Wind Based Cooling Towers

 Our proprietary ARC cooling towers use ambient airflow and engineered aerodynamics to remove heat without water consumption. 

 

Key Performance Metric:

  • ~1 MW of cooling capacity per tower

Dry Cooling, Minimal Electrical Load

Unlike traditional cooling systems:

  • No evaporative loss
  • No cooling water infrastructure
  • Minimal parasitic electrical demand

Cooling is achieved through:

  • Lateral wind capture
  • Directed airflow across central heat exchangers
  • Passive + assisted airflow design

Coiled tubing arranged in an excavated trench for underground installation.

Seasonal Thermal Optimization

 Geothermal Loop Integration

During colder months:

  • Towers reject heat into the ground
  • Geothermal fields are recharged for summer cooling

This creates a balanced annual thermal cycle, improving efficiency. 

Thermal Storage Systems

 

Reclaimed XPS Insulation

We utilize reclaimed extruded polystyrene (XPS) to insulate large subsurface thermal storage zones:

  • Cost-effective vs new materials
  • High R-value performance
  • Diverts material from waste streams

Applications include:

  • Cold storage reservoirs
  • Ground temperature stabilization
  • Peak load buffering

Backup & Redundancy

High-Efficiency Chillers

While the system is designed for full passive capacity:

  • Chillers provide peak condition redundancy

Ensures 100% uptime reliability

 A fully waterless cooling system capable of supporting hyperscale loads in:
